    Hello I have a BMW 328Ci auto 1999 and the airbag light is staling on after the drivers door airbag and the battery cable went off. I have replaced both items and when i connect my MD802 I cant seem to turn the airbag light off Please could someone advise me on how to do this.

    Hmmm, it is pretty old BMW.....Ok, first, use our tool MD802 to read the codes, to see if there is any codes generated.......Then, erase the codes to check if it is removable...... Pls close your door to do all the work.

    I have tried this and it says that there are no stored codes or any to be erased. I thought that it would be able to do this task as it is advertised to do so and that it can cover cars back to 1996.

    we do cover this vehicle or you could not scan the car....back to the issue, if there is no codes stored and no pending codes, it means you are doing a good job to replace both items... try to find if MD802 has active test or special functions under your vehicle, to help you turn off the light.
